Chateau Fantou Enclos des Graves – Cahors – Organic
Old property that belonged ay Aldhuy from generation, and located on Prayssac, the castle Fantou produces wines of Cahors Contrôlée. Its terrain is made of alluvial gravel terraces of the Lot, and high terraces, which are among the best of the appellation. Much of 21ha form a closed encircling the house of the 19th, and are devoted to vines. Aurélie Aldhuy, accompanied by his team, manages all the work: pruning, harvest, winemaking, aging and bottling, respecting the name, and cultured Bio since 2009.
