This is after a path along the creek and winds between Martinollet scrubland, vineyards and olive trees lies the Château Martinolles which modestly savoring the impressive heritage of the region. The Abbey of St Hilaire adjoins the area, this is where was discovered in 1531 the principle of production of sparkling wines. The footprint of the Cathars, persecuted by the Catholic Church in medieval times, coined the minds and landscapes. Finally, the relief and the troubled climate of the region gives rise to great terroirs that offer us beautiful grapes Chardonnay, Mauzac and Pinot Black. Our wines reflect this heritage, the wines have character, true to their terroir and their origins.
