The planting of the vineyard consists of 65% Merlot, 30% Cabernet Franc and 5% Malbec. The average age of the vines is 35 years. This grape variety associated with the land, and the work done during the vinification and livestock, make Château Vieux Rivallon a characteristic wine of Saint-Emilion Grand Cru. A powerful yet stylish, our wines are gaining in complexity during aging.
