Champagne Verrier & Fils Brut Fleuron

With this Cuvée Fleuron created in 1985 by Maryse and Francis Verrier, Emmanuel Verrier, its producer, was able to select with care the grapes from 10 locality, south-east facing at mid-slope, to compose the perfect blending, with 25% of reserve wines, and to offer us an inspired interpretation of the terroir of Coteaux du Petit Morin

To taste from aperitif to meal, with a red mullet with crispy potatoes, for example.

Located in Etoges, between Epernay and Sézanne, for 5 generations, the Champagne House Verrier et fils passionately cultivates its vineyard of 5 hectares planted with the 3 champenois varietals (57% Pinot Meunier, 34% Chardonnay and 9% Pinot Noir). A sustainable viticulture and a controlled oenology allow the production of around 30,000 bottles of quality Champagnes per year.
